4 exchange destinations for learning Spanish

About 450 million people have Spanish as their native language, making it the second most spoken language in the world. For this reason alone it should be at the top of the list of languages to be learned. Furthermore, it is also quite important in the business world. Therefore, learning Spanish is an investment, and nothing is better than an exchange to make learning easier.

Living in a Spanish language country and diving into its traditions, values and cultures is essential for you to be able to understand the language as a whole. And for those who wish to have this experience, we have selected 4 destinations that should be considered:

Argentina.  With Spanish language courses in the main cities, and a relatively low cost of living, it is a great choice. Living there is very pleasant, there are many different options for outdoors activities, besides many other alternatives for leisure, gastronomy, and arts. Argentinean Spanish is considered the most sophisticated dialect of the language’s many variations.

Costa Rica.  Paradisiacal landscapes and a pleasant climate are two of the country’s attractions. Integration in the community is a bit easier, since the people are open and welcoming. It’s a very safe country, and the cost of living is much lower than in European countries.

Colombia.  One of the best destinations in South America to learn Spanish, because the Colombian accent is easier to understand, and they do not speak very fast, which makes learning much easier. Medellin, Cartagena, and the capital, Bogota, are the main destinations, and they also have the most language learning courses in the country. And if you’re worried about safety, relax. The country has left its dangerous past behind.

Cuba.   The country has the best education in Latin America and the Caribbean. Nearly 70% of the population has higher education, and illiteracy is almost non-existent.  The cost of living is not one of the highest, and there are fewer Brazilian students there, compared to other countries. The cultural context present in Cuba is also another of its many positive aspects, since the country has a very rich history, going back to colonial times.
