According to their survey, 10% of people who looked for an apartment before the pandemic now, with the new reality, want a house. Furthermore, another 20% search for larger properties.

The change in interest also appears in a survey by Imovelweb. In only one year, the real estate agency registered an increase of 96% in the search for houses with yards. The search for properties with verandahs increased 128%.
