6 – The acquisition of real estate equal to or over 500 thousand euros (until 12/31 in any city in Portugal;
7 – The acquisition of old real estate valued at 350 thousand euros or over (until 12/31 in any city in Portugal. Valid for real estate in areas of urban renovation);
8 – Investment in a commercial partnership with headquarters on national territory.
