Since we are more and more at home, due to the scenario of confinement in which we find ourselves, it is important to find diversions that are both fun and educational.
Digital ambiances are great tools at these moments. They allow us to visit different parts of the world without leaving home. An excellent example is the museums that offer free digital visits.
Some, such as the Parisian Louvre, offer an immersive experience, using Google Street View so that users can walk around and see the collection of the world’s greatest art museum. This is a free example, and can be accessed by phone, tablet or computer.
In Brazil, we also have some museums that offer the same service. The Museu Minas Gerais Vale, situated in Belo Horizonte, has a large collection that tells the history of one of Brazil’s most important states. Its virtual tour shows all the wealth of historical documents and artworks that the museum holds.
