Eating well, sleeping well and travelling are what we most love to do in our lives! Research shows that 75% of the people would rather invest in trips to new places than to revisit places where they have already been. This year several destinations were visited by Brazilian tourists, but we have chosen 3 cities that were the most popular after reopening their borders to tourism. 

Airlines and tourist agencies had to restructure on a global scale in order to make up for the huge losses they suffered in previous years due to the pandemic, offering promotional packages with more accessible prices. These provided a great incentive to Brazilian tourists, who took advantage of them to retake their plans of knowing new places.

In this article we will show the tourist spots favored by tourists in the cities of Santiago, Paris and Orlando. 

 

Santiago, Chile

The capital of Chile stands in a valley encircled by the Andes. Chile’s biggest city has several historical tourist spots, such as the Palacio de la Real Residencia (Palace of the Royal Residence) from 1808, headquarters of the Museum of National History, and the 18th century Metropolitan Cathedral, both situated in the Plaza de Armas, and the Santiago Central Market, where tourists can become acquainted with Chilean gastronomy. Poet Pablo Neruda’s house, la Chascona, has also become a museum and a popular destination for tourists from all over the world.

Paris, France

The capital of France is considered a world center of art, fashion, gastronomy and culture.   With wide avenues and the river Seine, the city is famous for monuments such as the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre Museum, the Sacré Coeur Basilica and the Notre-Dame Cathedral, totally restored after a fire in 2019. Paris is also famous for its cafés and high fashion shops in the  Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré.

Orlando, United States 

 

Situated in the center of Florida, Orlando is famous mainly for the Disneyworld theme parks, such as Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach and Seaworld. Two other famous parks in Orlando are Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, that together hold one of the largest and most sought after by Brazilian tourists and tourists from all over the world, the recently opened The Wizarding World of Harry Potter.
