When it decides to bet on the capacitation of its collaborators, a company is investing in itself. The results, reached in short, medium or long term, are directly related to the formation of employees that are more motivated and capacitated to fight for the corporation’s objectives. This is because the operations for the specialization of professionals contribute not only to the development of the skills needed for the advancement of the company’s goals, but also make employees feel valued and perceive that they are important parts of the whole. Thus, FINK has accomplished, since January of last year, no more nor less than 77 capacitation operations for its team, aiming to retain and specialize its employees and, as a result, optimize our attendance to our clients.
Among the dozens of activities undertaken during that period, FINK employees had the opportunity of participating in training, courses, lectures, seminars, webinars and workshops whose objectives went far beyond just capacitating collaborators to execute tasks in their own areas, but also aiming at stimulating the acquisition of new knowledge that could be applied to all the areas of their lives, especially at a time so deeply marked by the new coronavirus pandemic. Committed to promoting the safety of collaborators and clients, the company bet on communications from specialists in the prevention of the circulation of the virus, and dedicated around one third of these activities to deal with the subject, divided into health care, and to the social and economic impacts of Covid-19.
The training, followed by several of the company’s departments – Moving, Storage, Immigration and Relocation, Operations, Administration/Financial, Artworks, Fairs and Events – were promoted by AHK Rio, AMCHAM, AON Brasil, Articheck, BMA ,CCI França BrasilBrasil, COAD, Deloide, Escola Conquer, EURA, FIDI, IELA, LIDE LIVE, Maersk, MAZARS, Mercer Marsh Benefícios™Mercer Marsh Benefícios™, SEBRAE, Universidade Tangerino, Worldwide ERC, among others. The commitment, renewed from year to year, is essential for FINK to continue as part of the select group of FIDI, the World Federation of international moving and relocation companies, with members from over 100 countries. The Federation is responsible for the FAIM Seal of Quality, an accreditation that certifies companies as a reference for high quality world standards.
