The Iriri Seaside Resort is in the municipality of Anchieta, in the state of Espírito Santo. It is on the southern coast of the state, at about 86km from the capital, Vitória. The beaches and landscapes are paradisiacal, and delight everyone who visits there.
It offers numerous activities that take you to lovely places, such as: schooner tours to nearby islands, snorkel diving, kayaks, surfing, kitesurfing, stand-up paddles, banana boats, and both sports and rod fishing. The night life is also very lively, for those who want something more.
The resort boasts four incredible beaches:
Praia dos Namorados (Lovers’ Beach). A small beach that is very popular with surfers. The landscape is incredible, with woods and coconut groves. Being farther from the “center”, its infrastructure is smaller, with fewer kiosks and attractions.
Areia Preta (Black Sand). The biggest beach in the resort, and the most popular. With an excellent infrastructure, it has plenty of kiosks, restaurants, bars and inns. It receives thousands of tourists every year. The water is clear, and there is a view of Mount Agha.
Costa Azul (Blue Coast). A uniquely beautiful beach, it has clear, blue waters, as its name suggests. It also has a good infrastructure, from kiosks to hotels. The sea here is good for schooner trips, diving, and radical sports. It’s also a great choice for walks at the end of the day, when the tide is low and the sand is firmer.
Santa Helena (Saint Helena). Ideal for those who want to rest and to be in touch with nature. It is more distant, but cozier. It’s near Andorinha Island, an ideal place for diving, due to its rich marine fauna.
Lovely beaches, delicious food, and incredible natural beauty. With many options, Iriri is a versatile destination, and sure to please those who seek something different on the Brazilian coast.
